1. Information We Collect

Investli collects the following categories of data:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and account type when you create an account. Your password is hashed locally using SHA-256 and never transmitted in plaintext.
• Usage Data: Search queries, saved properties, and feature interactions to improve the app experience.
• Device Data: Device model, OS version, and app version for compatibility and crash reporting.
• Location Data: Only when you grant permission, for location-based property search and contractor recommendations.
• Camera/Microphone: Only when you use BuildIQ scanning or voice search. Media is processed on-device and not uploaded to external servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Investli service
• Process subscription payments securely through Stripe
• Improve app performance and features
• Send service-related notifications (if enabled)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For processing all payments including subscriptions, credits, and contractor payments
• Government APIs: We query public data (FRED, Census, city portals) without transmitting personal user data

4. Data Storage

All user data (credentials, preferences, saved properties) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not operate external servers that store personal data.

5. Children's Privacy

Investli is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account.
