By downloading, installing, or using Investli ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Investli is a real estate intelligence platform providing market data, property analytics, AI-powered scanning, contractor marketplace, and investment tools.

3. Subscriptions

Investli offers subscriptions processed securely through Stripe:

Payment is processed via Stripe at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial
You can manage and cancel subscriptions from the Stripe billing portal or within the app

4. Contractor Marketplace

Investli connects users with contractors but is not a party to any agreement between users and contractors. Investli is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of contractor services.

5. Data Accuracy

Investli does not guarantee that property data, market analytics, or investment grades are 100% accurate. All data should be verified independently before making investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

INVESTLI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. The app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or real estate advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Investli are owned by Investli and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
